Lưu ý về yến tươi

  • Về việc sử dụng: Nên chia nhỏ yến tươi thành từng phần riêng, phù hợp cho mỗi lần sử dụng của gia đình rồi đem bảo quản trong tủ đông. Mỗi khi sử dụng yến, bạn chỉ cần lấy ra 1 phần nhỏ, để cho rã đông khoảng 20 phút và chưng yến với đường phèn hoặc nấu cháo yến, vô cùng tiện lợi.
  • Về dinh dưỡng: Yến tươi là loại yến sào chỉ mới được sơ chế ở giai đoạn ngâm nước, làm sạch rồi để ráo. Nên hàm lượng dinh dưỡng vẫn còn gần như nguyên vẹn.

Bảo quản tổ yến tươi:

Do sợi yến tươi còn ướt vì không được sấy khô. Vậy nên yến tươi cần được cất giữ trong tủ đông để bảo quản chất dinh dưỡng cho Yến. Thời gian bảo quản yến tươi cũng có hạn chế:

  • Chỉ khoảng 10-15 ngày ở ngăn mát.
  • Hoặc 3 tháng trong tủ đông. Mỗi lần sử dụng cần mất thời gian rã đông.
